9:30 AM – Start Delhi City Excursion –

Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi on this delhi tour. This tour is about 8 to 9 hours. Your private driver and licensed knowledgeable guide will come to the hotel to pick you up (on given time) and will assist you in the sightseeing tour of Delhi.

Monuments in Delhi -

Jama Masjid : It is one of the largest mosque in India built by the 5th Mughal Emperor Shah jahan between 1650 and 1656, and inaugurated by its first Imam, Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari.

Chandni Chowk : Chandni Chaowk is a busy shopping area with markets full of spices, dry fruits, Artificial jewellery, small ornaments and local culture, Rickshaw ride. It is in the heart of Old Delhi and Chandni Chowk, also known as Moonlight Square is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi.

Red Fort : Red Fort or Lal Qila is a historic fort in Old Delhi. Emperor Shah jahan commisioned construction of this fort on 12 May 1638. Red Fort remains closed on Monday.

India Gate : The India Gate (formerly known as the All India War Memorial) located astride the Rajpath, on the eastern edge of the "ceremonial axis" of New Delhi, formerly called Kingsway. It stands as a memorial to 84,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who died in between 1914 and 1921 in the First World War.

Qutub Minar : Qutub Minar is a minarets and "Victory Tower" thar forms partof the Qutub complex, which lies at the site of Delhi's oldest fortified city, Lal Kot , founded by the Tomar Rajputs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site built between 1199 and 1220.

Humayun Tomb : Humayun Tomb is the tomb of 2nd Mughal Emperor Humayun in Delhi. The tomb was commisioned by Humayun's chief consort, Empress Hamida Bano Begum, on patronage of her son Akbarin 1558. The tomb was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993.

Lotus Temple : The Lotus Temple is a Baha'i House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986. like all others Baha'i Houses of Worship, the lotus Temple is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification.

Parliament House : The Parliament House is the seat of the Parliament in India, distance of 750 meters from the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The building was designed by the British architects Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker and was constructed between 1921 and 1927.After Delhi sightseeing you will be drop back to your hotel or at airport for your onward journey.
